Abe Vigoda is one of those bands that you need to get their newest release as soon as it's released, since it sells out very quickly. This is one of the newest things they've put out, sometime in last year.They have this calypso/tropical style to all of their songs, but at the same time they have this chaotic no-wave/skronk thing comparable to Arab On Radar, only a lot less bizarre. I really REALLY want a copy of their "Sky Route/Star Roof" LP released back in 2005, but I wouldn't be able to get it from just any fucking website...Oh well.

I don't know too much about this band, other than they play a SHITLOAD of shows all of the time. Since they're from California, I never get to see 'em live. They have a relatively extensive discography, but almost all of it is out of print. These guys are surprisingly fucking popular.
The A side has the song "Animal Ghosts" which is one great little song, but I like the B-side better. "All Night And Day" is a very catchy song with a video on youtube that's really...weird. But good. Here's a link.
